The Black Virtual Convention Center is the first virtual commercial property developed specifically to be rented out for virtual events. Our virtual facility boasts a muli-track Auditorial, Vendor Hall, Concession stands, VIP Private lounge, Round Table Sessions, Video chatroom and more! Each event will occupy a 10 day slot.

General Questions

Expos, Trade Shows, Conventions, Award Shows and Private Corporate Events.
10 Days. Events start every other Friday and end the following Sunday. For example, your event would start Friday morning on the 1st and end Sunday the 10th at 11:59pm EST.
Total cost is $10K. $5K deposit is due upfront and the final payment is due 5:00pm EST the day before your event is scheduled to launch. 
We set up everything! You provide the graphics, speaker video links, agenda, vendors websites, concession stand websites and we set everything up.
No. We do not involve ourselves in your financial transactions, you have to collect payments from your guests.
EXPO:  Businesses and companies in a specific niche come together to showcase their services and products or promote new business developments.
TRADE SHOW: A vendor focused product fair where companies in the same or similar industries demonstrate and showcase their new offerings.
CONVENTION: Typically focusing on a specific industry, society, political party or members of a particular organization, conventions are large-scale meetings or promotional events that offer a formal community experience and the chance to network.
CONFERENCE:  Conferences are professional opportunities to exchange education and information through a consultatory setting with a formal agenda.
AWARD SHOW: Event that recognizes and honors the achievements of others.
CORPORATE PRIVATE: For large company private events.
